Resolving Conflicts in Transport of Rock Aggregates: A Cost Analysis
Abstract:A mathematical model was used to analyze trade-offs between environmental impacts and economic values of proposals for developing rock sources to produce aggregates for surfacing roads in a national forest. The model can be applied to the transport of other materials.
