Abstract:

A model was developed to depict the serial correlation between increment core measurements as a function of measurement interval. It was then possible to evaluate for different measurement intervals the ordinary least squares and generalized least squares parameter estimates of a nonlinear growth model. Forest Sci. 31:821-826.
