Notes: Slash Pine Plantation Yield Estimates Based on Diameter Distribution: An Evaluation
Abstract:To evaluate the accuracy and precision of a diameter distribution yield estimation technique for old-field slash pine plantations, an independent sample was established. It was concluded that, for large samples, yields of these planted stands can be reliably predicted by the tested technique. Forest Sci. 17:452-453.
