Notes: Sterilization of Red Alder Seedcoats with Hydrogen Peroxide
Abstract:Seedcoats of Alnus rubra Bong. were sterilized by a 10-min soak in reagent, 30 percent H2O2. Seed thus treated germinated well and produced visibly normal seedlings.
