Abstract:Two new species of the lebiine genus Diabaticus Bates are described: D. robustus, sp. nov. from central Queensland and D. punctipennis, sp. nov. from north-western Victoria. Both species are distinguished from all described species of the genus Diabaticus by their large body size. The unrecorded male genitalia of the Tasmanian Diabaticus australis (Erichson) are described and figured for the first time. A revised key to the species of the genus Diabaticus is provided.
