Individualized Sexual Addiction Treatment: A Developmental Perspective
This article discusses individualized sexual addiction treatment based on an assessment of the client s developmental deficits and resulting characterlogical needs. An overview of each stage of development and identification of the needs associated with arrests in that stage is provided. Therapeutic issues for each stage as well as helping the client begin involvement in 12-step Programs are discussed.
