Abstract:

This paper describes the ways in which interpersonal difficulties affected the learning and behaviour of two contrasting children in school. An attempt is made to understand the aetiology of these difficulties as they reveal themselves in a clinical setting. The principles and practice of individual educational therapy are illustrated implicitly in the description of the work done to enable the children to learn.
