In Re F (Children) (Internal Relocation), the Court of Appeal again re-visited the issue of relocation within the United Kingdom, with Wilson LJ raising three points of confusion apparent in the present law. This note comments on those issues and suggests that, as the Court of Appeal implied, the time has come to review the approach of the courts in England and Wales to internal relocation disputes.
