Abstract:

The Editor would like to thank all contributors for the material which they have subscribed to the review section. The reports included in the review have been received since the publication of the last issue of the Journal. The Market Review section seeks to provide a comprehensive coverage of the wide body of property market research thereby helping to make the market more transparent by providing analysis of property performance, primarily sectoral and regional trends. Most of the reports relate to the market in the United Kingdom however European and international real estate trends are also considered. Further details of the reports can be obtained from the contributors' websites, the addresses of which are detailed below.
