What Journal Authors Want: Ten Years of Results from Elsevier's Author Feedback Programme

Results are reported from the annual summaries of the 2002 and 2009 results set of the Elsevier Author Feedback Programme. The development of the program is described within the context of the development of an understanding of academic author behavior. The results show that the main concerns of authors have changed little over a ten year period.
