Mr. Marijuana Retires: A Profile of Keith Stroup
This article commemorates the fine work that Ken Stroup, founder of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), has persisted in for nearly 40 years. It offers also the insights of several of Mr. Stroup's and NORML's most vocal critics, who for decades took issue with NORML's aims and strategies.
