Exploring the perceptions of out-of-hours training for GP registrars in Wales

Abstract:
This paper explores the perceptions of GP registrars about the quality of the training that they receive within out-of-hours (OOH) settings. Focus groups with trainers, clinical supervisors and GP registrars revealed three areas of interest: supervision, educational experience and system factors.
