Assessing the Impact of Soybean Rust: New Research Findings Presented at the Fourth National Soybean Rust Symposium

Scientists from around the world gathered in New Orleans, Louisiana in December, 2009 for the Fourth National Soybean Rust Symposium. This forum provided an update on the impact of the disease and the latest developments in soybean rust research to more than 130 attendees including scientists from universities, industry, and government; soybean producers, and members and directors of grower commodity boards. The international community was represented with attendees from the United States and Canada, Central and South America, Germany and Japan.
