Abstract:

The first external reference panel meeting of the Specialist Library for Surgery, Theatres and Anaesthesia (see the web watch article in the January 2006 Bulletin) was held at the College on 29 November 2005. The 30 attendees included representatives of clinical and non-clinical specialist organisations, senior staff from our College and the Royal College of Anaesthetists, and representatives from NHS Connecting for Health (NHS CFH).
