A new record for turkey : Colchicum crocifolium, with a contribution to the description of the species

Abstract:
Colchicum crocifolium Boiss. (Colchicaceae) is recorded for the first time (C7 Şanlıurfa) for the Flora of Turkey. An expanded description of this species is provided, and a comparison is made between material from this new record in Turkey and data from material recorded in Iran, Iraq, Syria.Keywords: COLCHICACEAE; COLCHICUM; TURKEY
