Political Science Association of Kasetsart University
Originally the Kasetsart Graduate School of Political Science Alumni Association, the Political Science Association of Kasetsart University (PSAKU) registered for establishment with the Office of the National Culture Commission on the 23rd of March, 1998 and acquired legal personality according to Civil and Commercial Code from Bangkok Metropolis Registrar of Associations on the 23rd of August, 2002, changing its original to the present name by official permission from Kasetsart University under the objectives to promote education and research on governance, public administration, human rights, society and stability development, environmental and natural resource stewardship, legislative and judicial processes, among others, as well as facilitating member activities of its own and those of Kasetsart University. Today, the PSAKU also consists of Advising Center for Academic and Research and Centre of Translation and Language Services with domestic and foreign academic/professional institutions, constantly publishing journals and hosting conferences of both national and international scales.
