Abstract:

The Survey of Distance Learning Programs in Higher Education, 2001 Edition The 2001 edition of our popular The Survey of Distance Learning Programs in Higher Education offers up-to-date information on the practices and technologies used in distance learning programs, as well as on students, faculty, and courses. Hundreds of tables provide the distance learning administrator with useful benchmarking data.

Chapter focuses on enrollment growth and provides data on college self-assessment of growth rates, mean annual enrollment growth rates for the distance learning programs, mean tuition revenues of college distance learning programs 1999-2000 and 2000-2001, and total budget of the distance learning program.
