Abstract:

Allam Ahmed and Williams E. Nwagwu examine global networks for e-learning networks, with particular interest on the characteristics of the structures adopted by African countries to participate in the new educational strategy, and how these structures are moderated by Africa's peculiar social and political characteristics.
