Published four times each year, this journal provides insights on the effective and efficient allocation and management of resources in the public sector. This issue examines budgeting in Thailand, the UK private finance initiative, the control of public social security institutions in Belgium, accountability institutions in the US, and introducing financial management information systems in developing countries.
