Abstract:The slowdown in migration into OECD countries caused by the global economic crisis seems to have come to an end. Migration into OECD countries fell in 2010 for the third year in a row, but started to rise again in most countries in 2011. Temporary labour migration continued to fall, albeit more slowly, while the number of people coming to OECD countries to study continued to grow.
