Abstract:

HMW-NCA is involved in the pathogenesis of nasal hypersensitivity reactions in the humans. We, however, have little evidence about the role of neutrophils which migrate to the site of allergic reactions by HMW-NCA and other chemotactic mediators. This role of neutrophils in nasal hypersensitivity still remains to be clarified.
