Mammary cancer cells from C3H/HeOUJ mice fail to form colonies when grown on monolayers of cells from 9- and 10-d mouse embryos but not on those from 11- and 12-d-old embryos.Key words: mammary cancer, embryonic cells, diffusible factors.
