Abstract:

Purpose - To provide a regular update on matters of interest to the interlending and document supply (ILDS) community. Design/methodology/approach - Informal. Findings - That there is a varied response to the impact of big deals on document supply. Originality/value - Insights from senior practitioners in the USA and comment by a prominent player in the area.
