<B>Purpose</B> - The purpose of this paper is to examine the importance of stakeholder evaluation. <B>Design/methodology/approach</B> - The paper presents an overview of the relevance and value of stakeholder analysis and provides a list of key factors for consideration when carrying this out. <B>Findings</B> - The importance of stakeholder analysis as a component in change management within a business strategy is revealed. <B>Originality/value</B> - The paper presents useful information on the importance of stakeholder evaluation and key factors for consideration.
