Abstract:
Describes a return-on-investment study of a learning-foundations course which seeks to help participants to learn more effectively. The study showed that this non-technical, soft skill training was important and improved learning from technical courses and also job performance, positively impacting on profitability.Keywords: Learning; Profitability; Return on investment; Training
