Abstract:

One-dimensional (1D) zinc oxide (ZnO) has been synthesised using immersion technique which is a simple and inexpensive process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the obtained 1D structure was ZnO crystalline. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to investigate the morphology of 1D ZnO. Current-voltage (I-V) measurement was conducted to study electrical properties of the 1D ZnO structure.
