Sonochemical synthesis of single crystal Pd nanoparitles in aqueous solution

Abstract:
The sonochemical reduction of PdCl2 was carried out under ultrasonic irradiation in an aqueous solution containing only a small amount of 1-propanol. The transmission electron microscopy and selected area electron diffraction pattern of the samples revealed that Pd nanoparticles had a single crystalline and structurally uniform nature.Keywords: PALLADIUM; SINGLE CRYSTAL; SONOCHEMISTRY; SYNTHESIS
