Abstract:

Achilles tendon pain developed in a 35-year-old runner, but initially failed to clear with heel-drop, eccentric exercise. The further assessment and management of the case is discussed together with the appropriate application of heel-drop exercise and other therapeutic approaches which resulted in a successful result.
