Abstract:
The histologic requirements for preservation of lymphocyte membrane antigens were discussed by the participants of a conference on leukemia and lymphoma. The risk of false negative staining is minimized if surgical lymph node biopsy specimens are processed promptly into OCT and quick-frozen with liquid nitrogen. Cut sections must be adequately dried and fixed in “dry” acetone.Document Type: Research Article
