Abstract:

Manifestations of the central pain syndrome induced by applications of benzylpenicillin on the rat spinal cord were quantitatively measured after injections of endogenous and exogenous cannabinoid agonists, anandamide and WIN 55,212-2. The analgesic effects of those agents are described.
