A new principle is suggested for constructing a remote system for collecting and analyzing seismological information. The main structure of the system is the original suggestion that the composition of technical facilities for predicting earthquakes should be arranged so that information from the first stage of the middle-term forecast could be reinforced with information from the second stage of short-term forecast.
