Abstract:
The kinetic effects electric conductivity, thermal emf, and thermal conductivity were studied at different angles between the directions of electric current, heat flux, and metal microwhiskers in semiconductormetal eutectic composites where, with oriented crystallization, metal phases in semiconductor matrices are formed in the form of parallel whiskers. It is shown that the kinetic effects in oriented-crystallized eutectic compositions are controllable.Document Type: Research article
