To the Theory of Electromagnetic Field in Potentials

In this paper the construction of the theory of the electromagnetic field in potentials is explained on the basis of the function theory quaternion variable. We have shown that for complete description of electromagnetic phenomena it is necessary to introduce a series of new magnitudes and to improve the equation of the field. The problem of description of a field of a monopole source of the oscillating electrical charge is decided and the field of a dipole emitter is surveyed. The existence of the constant separating both quantized and nonquantized electromagnetic waves is shown.
