Topo-Typology of the Structure of Full-Scaled Clinical Diagnoses in Modern Medical Information Systems and Technologies

This paper describes the state-of-the-art medical-information systems and technologies at the beginning of the 21st century. The complexity of construction of full-scaled clinical diagnoses as the basis of medical databases of different topo-typology is shown.
