Abstract:

The Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids, which are very closely related to relative vibrational transition probabilities, have been evaluated by the more reliable numerical integration procedure for the bands of c^1 Sgr - a^1 Sgr and f^1 Sgr - a^1 Sgr systems of CN^+ and C^2 Sgr^+_u- X^2 Sgr^+_g and D^2 Pgr_g- A^2 Pgr_u systems of N^+_2 molecular ions of astrophysical interest, using a suitable potential.
