We report a diagnosis of celiac disease first suggested by the computed tomographic appearance, which included findings indicative of increased splanchnic circulation. Similar findings have been reported with angiography and ultrasound but, to our knowledge, have not been reported with computed tomography. Keywords: Celiac disease; Computed tomography; Superior mesenteric artery; Splanchnic
