Abstract:

Wir berichten über einen 72-jährigen Patienten, der im Rahmen einer Second-line-Chemotherapie eines Ösophaguskarzinoms mit dem oralen Fluoropyrimidin Capecitabin behandelt wurde und ein ausgeprägtes Hand-Fuß-Syndrom entwickelte. Neben der Beschreibung des Patienten grenzen wir das Hand-Fuß-Syndrom von der palmoplantaren Erythrodysästhesie ab.
