Klostermann, Vittorio
Founded in 1930, Vittorio Klostermann Verlag is an academic publisher focussing on the humanities. Its main emphasis is on philosophy, notably with the Complete Edition of the works of Martin Heidegger and the Philosophische Abhandlungen. Among its philosophical journals are Zeitschrift für philosophische Forschung, edited by Otfried Höffe (Tübingen) and Christof Rapp (Munich), and Philosophia naturalis, edited by Andreas Bartels (Bonn), Bernd-Olaf Küppers (Jena), C. Ulises Moulines (Munich), and Erhard Scheibe. Another important field is the study of literatures and languages, complemented by a number of standard bibliographies, also partly available online, and by publications on library science. The romance languages and literatures are represented by the renowned journal Romanische Forschungen, edited by Mechthild Albert (Bonn) and Franz Lebsanft (Bonn).
