Structure identification and separation of the primary impurities in sophoridine
Abstract ObjectionTo separate and identify the primary impurities in sophoridine. MethodsUsing column chromatography method to separate the unknown impurities
from the crude sophoridine, then analysing and identifing its structure through HPLC, IR, SXRD. Resultsthe unknown impurities were identified to be a pair of epimerides, with 1:1 as the eutectic crystal form. ConclusionThe
structure of sophoridinol and isosophoridinol is reported for the first time.
