To establish the method for the determination of pantothenic acid in seven vitamins and taurine oral solution. Methods:The separation was performed on Waters C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using gradient elution with acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phasethe flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection was set at 207 nm and the column temperature was maintained at 36 .Results:The linear range of the method was 67.58-844.7 μg·mL-1r=0.9996the precision RSD was 0.19%n=7the average recovery was 98.8%RSD was 1.6%n=9.Conclusion:The method is simple, fast and accurate for analysis of pantothenic acid.
