To determine the cholesterol amount in lecithin from egg yolk.Method:Method of CHOD-PAD.Results:The standard curve is linear in the range of 0.431-2.585 mmol·L-1and the correlation coefficient is 0.9991.The RSDs for the repetitionand for the precisionis 2.6 and 0.42 respectively.The recovery is 97.3.The lowest concentration to be measurable is lower than 0.431 mmol·L-1.It is suitable for determination of cholesterolin lecithin.Conclusion:The proposed method is easy to use with highly accuracy and reliability.
