RP-HPLC Determination of Halcinonide Pigmemtum andRelated Compound in Halcinonide

An HPLC method was established for the determination of halcinonide pigmemtum and its related substancs in halcinonide.Methods:A Dikma discovery ODS column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm ),The mobile phase consisted of assay was methanol-water(74:26)consisted of related substance was methanol-water (70:30).The detection wavelength was 240 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,coloum temperature:40.Results:The calibration curves were liner between 2.5-75 μg·mL-1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.0%(n=9),RSD was 0.33%.The detection limit was 0.05 ng.Conclusion:The method is simplerapidaccurate and suitable for the determination of halcinonide pigmemtum.
