RP-HPLC Determination of Nine Water-soluble Vitamins

To establish RP-HPLC method for the analysis of nine water-soluble vitamins.MethodsRP-HPLC was adaptedon a column of Phenomenex C18 (5 μm4.6 mm×250 mm) gradient elutionusing the mobile phase of A:0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(0.2%triethylaminepH6.0)-acetonitrile97:3 and Bmethanolat a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelenth of 210 nm. ResultsIn the linear range the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9998 to 0.9999.The average recoveries were 99.21%-100.3%with corresponding RSD of 0.39%-0.97%.This method has been successfully applied for determination of nine water-soluble vitamins in compound vitamin injection.ConclusionThe method is rapidaccurate and reliable.
