TLCS Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine,Tetrandrine and Demethyltetrandrine in Tonglike Injection

To determine tetrahydropalmatine,tetrandrine and demethyltetrandrine in Tonglike injection by TLCS.Methods:The CS-9301 dual wavelength flying spot scanning densitometer was selected.The detection wavelength was 360 nm.Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.42.2 μg for tetrahydropalmatine(r=0.997),0.52.5 μg for tetrandrine(r=0.998)and 0.31.5 μg for demethyltetrandrine(r=0.996)respectively.The average recoveries(n=5)were 96.6% for tetrahydropalmatine(RSD=3.1%),96.6% for tetrandrine(RSD=3.4%)and 97.7% for demethyltetrandrine(RSD=5.0%).Conclusion:The method is rapid,accurate and reliable.
