Education and Global Governance: Mapping the Discourses on Gender Equality and Equity in Education
The start of the EFA movement ushered in a new era in education linked to research on issues such as global governance. In the article I attempt to understand issues related to gender and education and provide a critical analysis of how the global consensus to advance gender equality and equity in education are understood.
