Abstract:

In August 2007, Joint Commission Resources held its annual Infection Control Conference in Chicago. Nearly 300 infection control experts gathered to exchange ideas and network. Some of the key issues discussed at the conference were infection control risk assessment, public reporting, and achieving a "Zero Infection" culture.
