Abstract:
Effective immediately, The Joint Commission restored 2009 language for Information Management Standard IM.02.02.01 because recent revisions to integrate concepts from former National Patient Safety Goal NPSG.02.02.01 suggested that a new requirement had been added to create lists of approved abbreviations, acronyms, symbols, and dose designations.Document Type: Research article
