Abstract:

This article explains the what behavioral health care, laboratory, and long term care organizations will see as the result of Phase 2 of the Standards Improvement Initiative when their 2010 manuals are released later this fall. It also alerts the field to the delay of the publication of the 2010 Comprehensive Accreditation Manuals for the Phase 2 programs and the 2009 Update 2 for all other programs from their usual September release.
