Abstract:
This article reviews the current expectations for determining compliance with contracted staff requirements under Standard LD.04.03.09 for nonlicensed independent practitioners. Hospitals are encouraged to accept the accredited or certified status of a contracting agency as demonstration of compliance with human resources and other standards for orientation, competency, and health status review requirements.Document Type: Research article
