Abstract:

This article corrects an error in September 2007 Update 2 of the Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Critical Access Hospitals: The Official Handbook (CAMH) and the January 2008 CAMH Refreshed Core, effective immediately for the critical access hospital and hospital programs. Element of Performance (EP) 9 of Standard LD.3.50 includes an erroneous parenthetical notation, which is corrected in this article.
